Your resume and profile

When you apply, Needo sends your original resume to Google Gemini, an AI tool from Google, to read the file and prepare a profile. We ask Google Gemini to delete its temporary copy after reading your resume. Needo then stores your resume and profile on a private server so we can contact you about restaurant jobs.

Needo will contact you before sharing your resume or profile with a restaurant. Only Needo’s hiring team can see your application details.

Institute sign-up details

When an institute signs up, Needo stores the verified mobile number, institute name, contact name, work email, city and number of students graduating that year. We use these details to contact the placement team about restaurant jobs for students.

Restaurant sign-up and job posts

When a restaurant signs up, Needo stores the verified mobile number, restaurant name, contact name, work email and city. We keep these contact details private. A job post shows the restaurant name, role, city, job type, cuisine (if added) and job description so students can decide whether to apply. Restaurant jobs close after 60 days.

How long we keep your details

Needo keeps resumes, student profiles, institute profiles, restaurant profiles, job posts and requests for up to 12 months. Restaurant job posts close after 60 days. We remove these details after the retention period.

You can ask Needo to send you a copy, correct your details or delete them sooner using the form below. Our team will review your request.

What you need to send us

Enter the name and mobile number used for your application. Your email address and a short note are optional. Needo saves your request so our team can review it. We remove request details after 12 months.
