Connect through MCP or the API
Add the relevant server URL in your agent’s MCP settings. Clients can discover Needo sign-in automatically and request read access.
Agents running in a terminal can use device sign-in with client ID needo-personal-agent. Browser agents can use the ordinary sign-up and sign-in forms, direct folder and invoice links, and browser tools when supported.
Every API connection is scoped to one restaurant. Access expires, can be revoked, and stops when the underlying Needo session or restaurant membership ends. New restaurant accounts require mobile verification and restaurant details. Existing team members use the number added by their owner.
