Who can use Needo

Applicants must be 18 years or older. Use your own mobile number and provide accurate information. Keep your OTP private. Restaurant and institute representatives must have permission to act for their organisation.

All current services are free

Candidates can create profiles and apply for jobs free of charge. Restaurants can create profiles and post jobs for free. Institute registration and all other services currently available on Needo are also free.

We may introduce optional paid services later. Their prices, applicable taxes, billing and cancellation or refund terms will be shown before you choose a paid service. Using Needo now does not sign you up for future charges.

Your profile and applications

Upload only your own resume or information you have permission to use. Needo uses Google Gemini to read uploaded resumes and prepare profiles. Review and correct the extracted details before saving.

When you apply, you ask Needo to share your profile and resume, if uploaded, with the restaurant named on the application review. Updating your saved resume or profile also updates the information on your existing applications.

Do not include Aadhaar numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents in your resume. See our privacy policy for how information is used and how to request access, correction or deletion.

Jobs and hiring

Needo helps candidates and restaurants connect. Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job. The restaurant decides whom to hire and must confirm the salary, work location, hours and other employment terms with the candidate.

Restaurants must post genuine vacancies, provide accurate information, have authority to recruit, and update or close jobs when they are no longer available. Do not request money from applicants through Needo or post unlawful or misleading requirements.

Respectful use

Do not impersonate others, post false information, harass users, send spam, or use candidate information for unrelated marketing. Needo may restrict accounts or remove content that misuses the service. You can contact us to question a restriction or report a problem.

Changes to these terms

We will publish updated terms on this page with their effective date. Where a change needs your agreement, we will ask you before you continue the affected activity. These terms do not remove rights available under applicable Indian law.
